Ingredients

  • 1 rack (about 1.5 lbs) pork baby back ribs
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 whole garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup fried shallots
  • 2 cups prepared pasta salad

Instructions

  1. 1

Pat ribs dry with paper towels. Arrange on a foil-lined sheet pan, meat-side up.

  2. 2

Whisk soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic together in a small bowl.

  3. 3

Brush the glaze evenly over the ribs, coating both sides. Roast at 425°F for 18–20 minutes until edges char and meat pulls back from bones.

  4. 4

Remove from oven. Scatter fried shallots over the ribs while still hot, pressing gently so they stick.

  5. 5

Serve ribs alongside chilled pasta salad. Drizzle any pan juices over the top.
