Ingredients
- 1 rack (about 1.5 lbs) pork baby back ribs
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 whole garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup fried shallots

Pat ribs dry with paper towels. Arrange on a foil-lined sheet pan, meat-side up.
- 2
Whisk soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic together in a small bowl.
- 3
Brush the glaze evenly over the ribs, coating both sides. Roast at 425°F for 18–20 minutes until edges char and meat pulls back from bones.
