  • 1.5 pounds pork spare ribs
  • 2 tablespoons fermented black beans
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 fresh chili
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions
