- 1 lb beef tenderloin medallions
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

Pat the 1 lb steak medallions dry and season both sides with the 1 tsp salt and 0.5 tsp black pepper.

Melt 2 tbsp of the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the medallions and cook until browned and cooked to your liking, about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Transfer the steaks to a plate and let rest while you make the butter. In a small bowl, mix the remaining 2 tbsp butter with the 2 tbsp chopped parsley and 1 minced garlic clove.
