Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh spinach (packed)
- 6 whole large eggs
- 1 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 whole garlic cloves, minced

Heat butter in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high until foaming.

Add garlic, cook 30 seconds until fragrant, then add spinach in batches. Stir until wilted, ~2 minutes.

Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour over spinach.

Sprinkle Gruyère evenly over the top. Reduce heat to medium.
