Ingredients
- 1 9 inch pie crust
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F. Press the 1 pie crust into a 9 inch pie dish and set aside.

Cook the 4 bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6 minutes. Remove and crumble, leaving 1 tbsp drippings in the pan.

Add the 2 cups spinach to the same skillet and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. Spread spinach, bacon, and 1 cup cheese evenly over the crust.

In a bowl, whisk the 4 eggs and 1 cup milk until combined. Pour over the filling.
