Ingredients

  • 12 oz blood sausage
  • 4 oz glass noodles
  • 2 cups bean sprouts
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 4 stalks green onions
  • 2 tbsp gochujang

Instructions

  1. 1

Soak the 4 oz glass noodles in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.

  2. 2

Slice the 12 oz blood sausage into 1/2 inch rounds. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the sausage and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes.

  3. 3

Add the 2 tbsp gochujang, 2 cups bean sprouts, 1 cup corn kernels, and the drained noodles to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp and everything is coated in the sauce.

  4. 4

Slice the 4 green onions into 1 inch pieces and stir them in. Cook for 1 more minute until the onions are bright green and fragrant. Serve hot.
