- 4 stalks green onions
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tablespoons gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
