- 1 ball or 2 pieces store-bought pizza dough or naan
- 3 oz spicy salami, sliced thin
- 6 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced or torn
- 3 oz firm cheese block (aged cheddar or pecorino)
- ½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 cup red or white grapes
