Ingredients

  • 1 ball or 2 pieces store-bought pizza dough or naan
  • 3 oz spicy salami, sliced thin
  • 6 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced or torn
  • 3 oz firm cheese block (aged cheddar or pecorino)
  • ½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup red or white grapes

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat oven to 475°F. Stretch dough into a 12-inch round on parchment paper.

  2. 2

Brush dough lightly with olive oil. Scatter salami slices over, leaving a 1-inch border.

  3. 3

Top with torn mozzarella. Slide onto a baking sheet and bake until crust is golden and cheese bubbles, 10–12 minutes.

  4. 4

Toast walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring, until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Set aside.

  5. 5

Remove pizza from oven. Let rest 1 minute, then slide onto a serving board.

  6. 6

Arrange cheese blocks, toasted walnuts, and grapes on the board alongside the pizza. Serve immediately.
