- 1 lb store-bought pizza dough (1 lb, room temp)
- 4 oz spicy salami, thinly sliced
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, torn into small pieces
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh oregano or Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 475°F. Stretch dough into a thin 12-inch round on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Brush dough lightly with 1 tbsp olive oil. Scatter salami slices evenly across the surface.
