Ingredients

  • 1 lb store-bought pizza dough (1 lb, room temp)
  • 4 oz spicy salami, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, torn into small pieces
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano or Italian seasoning

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 475°F. Stretch dough into a thin 12-inch round on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

    Brush dough lightly with 1 tbsp olive oil. Scatter salami slices evenly across the surface.

    Sprinkle mozzarella pieces over the salami, then scatter red pepper flakes and oregano.

    Bake for 12–14 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

    Remove from oven. Drizzle with remaining 2 tbsp olive oil while hot.
