Ingredients

  • 1 lb store-bought pizza dough
  • 4 oz spicy salami, sliced thin
  • 1.5 cups whole milk mozzarella, shredded
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat oven to 475°F. Drizzle oil on a sheet pan and rub to coat the entire surface evenly.

  2. 2

Stretch dough to fit the pan, working from the center outward — it should be thin and reach the edges.

  3. 3

Scatter minced garlic and red pepper flakes over the dough, then layer salami slices and cheese.

  4. 4

Bake until crust is golden brown and edges curl, ~10 minutes. The cheese should be bubbling.

  5. 5

Slide onto a cutting board and slice into squares or wedges. Serve hot.
