Ingredients

  • 2 pieces naan or pizza crust (store-bought)
  • 4 oz spicy salami, sliced thin
  • 1.5 cups fresh mozzarella or shredded mozzarella
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 leaves fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Place naan or crust on a sheet pan.

    Brush each crust with olive oil. Sprinkle half the mozzarella evenly.

    Distribute salami slices across the cheese. Top with remaining mozzarella.

    Sprinkle red pepper flakes across the top. Bake 10–12 minutes.

    Cheese should bubble and edges of crust turn golden. Remove from oven.

    Tear fresh basil over the top if using. Slice and serve hot.
