- 1 lb (thawed if frozen) store-bought pizza dough
- 4 oz spicy salami, thinly sliced
- 1.5 cups whole milk mozzarella, shredded
- ¼ cup pecorino romano, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes

Heat a 12-inch cast iron skillet over high heat for 2 minutes until smoking hot.

Stretch dough into a thin round. Coat the hot skillet with 1 tbsp oil, then slide dough in.

Cook the dough 3 minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy, then flip.

Spread remaining oil on the cooked side, then top with mozzarella, salami, pecorino, and pepper flakes.
