Ingredients

  • 1 lb store-bought pizza dough
  • 4 oz spicy salami, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • ¾ cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

    Heat oven to 475°F. Stretch pizza dough across a sheet pan and brush with olive oil.

    Spread marinara sauce over dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border for crust.

    Scatter salami slices evenly, then dot with torn mozzarella pieces.
