- 1 sheet puff pastry dough
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 large egg yolk
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup mixed candied fruit
- ¼ cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the 1 sheet puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to a 12-inch round.

In a small bowl, mix 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk with 1 egg yolk until smooth. Spread this cream over the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.

Sprinkle 0.25 cup raisins and 0.25 cup candied fruit evenly over the cream. Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling to create a rustic border.

Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment. Brush the pastry edges with a little water and sprinkle 0.25 cup chopped nuts over the top.
