Ingredients

  • 24 oz Mexican lager beer
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce (Valentina or Tabasco)

  • 1.5 tbsp chili powder (for rim)
  • 8 oz cooked shrimp
  • 4 pieces celery sticks

Instructions

  1. 1

Mix chili powder with a pinch of salt on a shallow plate. Rub lime around the rim of two glasses, then dip in the chili mixture until coated.

  3. 3

Stir in hot sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, and Worcestershire — the mixture should taste tangy, spicy, and savory.
