Ingredients

  • 24 oz Mexican lager beer (like Corona or Modelo)
  • 1 whole lime
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (like Valentina or Tabasco)
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili powder (tajín or dried chili blend)
  • 1.5 cups ice

Instructions

    Pour chili powder onto a small plate. Cut the lime in half and rub the cut edge around the rim of a tall glass.

    Press the wet rim into the chili powder until coated. Fill the glass with ice.

    Pour hot sauce and soy sauce into the glass. Top with beer, filling to the rim.

    Squeeze the remaining lime half into the drink and stir gently with a spoon.
