Ingredients

  • 1 whole lime
  • 2 tbsp chili powder (or tajín seasoning)
  • 12 oz Mexican lager or light beer
  • ½ tbsp hot sauce (Valentina or similar)
  • ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ice

Instructions

    Rub the lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass, then dip the rim into chili powder until fully coated.

    Fill the glass with ice and pour the beer slowly until half full.

    Add hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce, then stir gently to combine.

    Squeeze the remaining lime wedge into the glass and drop it in as a garnish.
