Ingredients

  • 12 fl oz Mexican lager or pilsner beer
  • ½ whole lime
  • ½ tbsp hot sauce (e.g. Valentina or Tabasco)
  • ¼ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

    Mix chili powder and salt on a small plate. Rub the rim of a tall glass with lime, then dip into the chili-salt mixture.

    Fill the glass with ice. Squeeze the remaining lime half into the glass.

    Add hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce to the glass.

    Pour the cold beer slowly into the glass, stirring gently to combine.
