Ingredients

  • 12 oz lager or pilsner beer, cold
  • ½ whole lime, halved
  • ½ tbsp hot sauce (Valentina or Tabasco)
  • ¼ tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp tajín seasoning or chili-lime salt
  • 4 oz ice

Instructions

    Spread tajín on a shallow plate. Rub lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass, then dip the rim into tajín until fully coated.

    Fill the glass with ice. Squeeze the lime juice into the glass, then add hot sauce and worcestershire sauce.

    Pour the cold beer slowly into the glass, stirring gently to combine all liquids.

    Serve immediately with the lime wedge balanced on the rim.
