Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen or shelf-stable Korean rice cakes (tteok)
  • 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1.5 cup water
  • 2 stalk scallions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

    Bring water to a boil in a medium pot over medium-high heat.

    Whisk gochujang and sugar together in a small bowl until smooth.
