Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 slices garlic bread (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

    Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.

    Pat chicken dry, season both sides with Cajun seasoning and salt.

    Heat 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high until it foams. Sear chicken 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through, then slice.
