Ingredients

  • 1 head (about 1.5 lbs), cut into bite-sized pieces cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp each salt and black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil.
