Ingredients

  • 1 medium head, cut into bite-size pieces cauliflower florets
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 stalks, cut into 3-inch pieces celery sticks
  • 3 medium carrots, cut into 3-inch pieces carrot sticks

Instructions

    Heat 2 inches of oil in a deep skillet to 350°F, or until a flour pinch sizzles immediately.

    Toss cauliflower florets with flour, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

    Working in batches, fry cauliflower 4–5 minutes until golden brown and edges crisp.

    Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate, then toss warm cauliflower with buffalo sauce in a bowl.

    Arrange sauced cauliflower on a platter with celery, carrot sticks, and ranch dip alongside.
