Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅓ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

    Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a sheet pan in a single layer.
