Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ¼ cup red onion, finely minced
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1.5 tsp cumin, paprika, cinnamon (or baharat spice mix)
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 whole lemon (juiced)
- 4 pieces flatbread or pita

Mix ground beef, minced onion, parsley, and spices in a bowl until just combined. Divide into 8 portions and mold onto skewers, pressing firmly.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Sear kofta 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.

Stir yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside.

Toast flatbread in the same skillet, 30 seconds per side, until warm and lightly browned.
