Ingredients
- 1.5 lb pork spare ribs, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or baby kale)
