Ingredients

  • 12 oz ground beef
  • ¼ cup onion, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 14.5 oz canned crushed tomatoes
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 oz feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. 1

Boil salted water in a large skillet. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, ~9 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

In the same skillet, combine ground beef, minced onion, oregano, and cumin. Brown over medium-high heat, breaking meat apart with a spoon, ~5 minutes.

  3. 3

Pour in crushed tomatoes and red wine vinegar. Stir to combine, then simmer uncovered for 8 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.

  4. 4

Return cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss gently with the sauce until fully coated.

  5. 5

Divide between bowls and top with crumbled feta. Serve hot.
