Ingredients
- 12 oz ground beef
- ¼ cup onion, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 14.5 oz canned crushed tomatoes
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 oz feta cheese, crumbled

Boil salted water in a large skillet. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, ~9 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In the same skillet, combine ground beef, minced onion, oregano, and cumin. Brown over medium-high heat, breaking meat apart with a spoon, ~5 minutes.

Pour in crushed tomatoes and red wine vinegar. Stir to combine, then simmer uncovered for 8 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.

Return cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss gently with the sauce until fully coated.

Divide between bowls and top with crumbled feta. Serve hot.
