- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 1 medium potato, diced small
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ whole lime (juiced)
- ¼ cup fried shallots

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high. Add ground beef, breaking up with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~5 minutes.
