Ingredients

  • 2 frozen banana
  • 1.5 cups frozen mixed berries
  • ¾ cup coconut milk (canned)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup granola
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut, berries, or chopped nuts (for topping)

Instructions

    Add frozen banana, berries, coconut milk, almond butter, and honey to a blender.

    Blend on high until smooth and thick, ~60 seconds. Mixture should be spoonable, not drinkable.
