Ingredients

  • 2 100g packets acai packets, frozen
  • 1 medium banana, frozen and sliced
  • ¾ cup coconut milk (canned)
  • ½ cup granola
  • ¾ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp honey (or agave syrup for vegan)

Instructions

    Add acai packets, frozen banana slices, and coconut milk to a blender.

    Blend on high until completely smooth and no icy chunks remain, ~60 seconds.

    Divide the smoothie between two bowls, pouring it thick so it holds its shape.

    Top each bowl with granola, fresh berries, and a drizzle of honey.

    Serve immediately with a spoon.
