Ingredients

  • 1 packet (100g) acai berry puree (frozen packets or pre-blended)
  • ½ cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • ¾ cup frozen mixed berries (blueberry, strawberry, raspberry)
  • ½ cup granola (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

    Add acai packet and frozen berries to a blender with coconut milk.

    Blend until thick and smooth, about 90 seconds — it should look like soft serve.

    Pour into two bowls. The mixture should hold its shape when spooned.
