  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 large fresh mango (ripe)
  • 1 medium banana (ripe)
  • 2 whole passion fruit
  • ¼ cup mixed nuts and seeds (almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds)
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut (unsweetened, optional garnish)
