Ingredients
- 2 packets (100g each) frozen acai packets (unsweetened)
- 1 medium, sliced frozen banana
- ½ cup coconut milk or almond milk
- ½ cup, divided granola (gluten-free if needed)
- ½ cup, divided fresh strawberries or blueberries
- ¼ cup, divided unsweetened coconut flakes (shredded)

Place the 2 acai packets, 1 frozen banana slice, and 0.5 cup coconut milk into a blender.

Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and thick, like soft-serve ice cream, about 60 seconds.

Pour the blended acai mixture evenly into 2 bowls, filling each about three-quarters full.

Sprinkle 0.25 cup granola in a thin layer across the top of the first bowl.

Scatter 0.25 cup fresh berries in a single layer over the granola in the first bowl.
