Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork shoulder or pork butt, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced (for serving)
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped
- 1 whole lemon, halved
