Ingredients
- 5 oz baby arugula
- 4 fresh figs
- 4 oz smoked salmon
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Rinse and dry the 5 oz arugula, then place it in a large salad bowl.

Quarter the 4 figs and halve the 1 cup cherry tomatoes, then add them to the bowl.
