Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry sheet
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out the 1 puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet. Prick all over with a fork.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, mix 4 oz cream cheese, 1 beaten egg, and 1 tbsp chopped dill until smooth. Spread evenly over the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.

  3. 3

Bake for 15-18 minutes until the pastry is puffed and golden brown around the edges. Let cool for 5 minutes.
