Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1.5 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup chocolate sauce
  • 8 whole fresh strawberries, halved
