Ingredients
- 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 whole egg
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¾ cup graham crackers, crushed into crumbles
- ½ cup large marshmallows, quartered

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cream butter and sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer until light and fluffy, ~2 minutes.

Beat in the egg until combined. Add flour, pinch of salt, and beat until a dough forms.

Fold in chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbles with a spatula.

Drop rounded tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.

Bake for 10 minutes until the edges turn golden but centers still look slightly underdone.

Remove from oven and immediately press one marshmallow quarter onto the center of each cookie.
