Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork belly or shoulder, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 whole scallions, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 450°F. Whisk gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and garlic in a small bowl until smooth.

Toss pork slices with the gochujang mixture on a sheet pan until coated evenly. Spread in a single layer.

Roast for 12–15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until edges are caramelized and pork is cooked through.
