Ingredients

  • 1 lb vegan pizza or focaccia dough (store-bought, room temp)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (or thyme), chopped
  • ½ cup Kalamata or green olives, pitted and halved
  • 1 tsp fleur de sel or coarse sea salt

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

    Stretch dough to fill the pan, pressing gently with oiled fingertips until even thickness.

    Drizzle 2 tbsp olive oil over dough. Scatter minced garlic and rosemary across the surface.

    Press olives into the dough, spacing them evenly. Drizzle final tbsp of oil over top.

    Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and edges pull away from pan sides slightly.

    Scatter fleur de sel over hot focaccia. Cool 2 minutes, slice, and serve warm.
