Ingredients
- 1 lb store-bought pizza dough
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary sprigs
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme sprigs
- 4 cloves garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp fleur de sel or coarse sea salt
- ¼ tsp crushed black pepper
- ½ onion red onion, thinly sliced

Preheat oven to 425°F. Stretch dough on a sheet pan until roughly 10x14 inches.

Using two fingers, poke holes across the dough surface. Drizzle 2 tbsp olive oil over top.

Scatter rosemary, thyme, sliced garlic, and red onion across the surface.

Make a lattice pattern by dragging a fork across the dough, creating diagonal lines both directions.

Drizzle remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, then sprinkle fleur de sel and black pepper. Bake 12–14 minutes until golden.

Cool 2 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and slice into 4 pieces. Serve warm.
