Ingredients
- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- ¾ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 12 sheets phyllo dough sheets
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ tsp sumac
- 1 whole lemon
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste
