Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ medium onion, finely diced
- ⅓ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1.5 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp tahini

Mix ground beef, onion, parsley, cumin, cayenne, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl until just combined.

Divide mixture into 4 portions and mold each tightly around a metal skewer into a long cylinder.
