Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sesame seeds
- ½ cup water
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp red and green sprinkles
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, mix 1.5 cups flour, 0.5 cup sesame seeds, 0.5 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp sprinkles.
- 2
Add 3 tbsp olive oil and 0.5 cup water to the dry ingredients. Stir with a fork until a dough forms, then knead gently on a floured surface for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- 3
Roll the dough out thinly, about 1/8 inch thick, on a floured surface. Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut into 2-inch squares or rectangles.
- 4
Transfer the crackers to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving a little space between each. Prick each cracker with a fork to prevent puffing.
- 5
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the crackers feel firm and crisp. Let cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
