Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breast
- ½ cup sesame seeds
- 2 cups french fries
- 2 cups arugula
- 1 whole red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread 2 cups french fries on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, about 20 minutes, shaking halfway.

While fries bake, slice 1 red bell pepper into thin strips. In a bowl, toss with 2 cups arugula and 1 tbsp olive oil. Set aside.

Coat 2 chicken breasts with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, then press both sides into 0.5 cup sesame seeds until well covered.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high. Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through (no pink inside), about 5-6 minutes per side.

Slice the chicken and serve with the salad and fries. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
