Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup water

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix 1 cup flour, 0.25 cup sesame seeds, 0.5 tsp baking powder, and 0.5 tsp salt.

Add 2 tbsp olive oil and 0.25 cup water. Stir until a dough forms, adding a splash more water if too dry.

On a floured surface, roll dough very thin (about 1/8 inch). Cut into squares or use a cookie cutter.

Place crackers on a baking sheet. Prick each with a fork. Bake until golden and crisp, 10-12 minutes.

Cool on a wire rack. They will crisp up as they cool.
