Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream, cold
- ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp dry sherry or Madeira wine
- 16 count Maria biscuits (digestive biscuits or similar sweet crackers)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp cinnamon

Pour cold cream into a bowl. Whip with a hand mixer or whisk until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes.

Place biscuits in a zip-lock bag. Crush with a rolling pin until you have fine, sand-like crumbs.
