Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 whole lemon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Pat the 1 lb shrimp dry with paper towels. Season with the 0.5 tsp salt and 0.25 tsp black pepper.

Heat the 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 2 minutes.

Add the shrimp in a single layer (do not crowd). Cook without moving until the bottoms turn pink and golden, about 2 minutes.

Flip the shrimp, add the 2 minced garlic cloves, and cook until the shrimp are opaque and just cooked through, about 1-2 minutes more.
