Ingredients
- ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ¼ lb squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
- 4 cups chicken or seafood broth
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 oz rice noodles, dried
- 1 whole fresh lime (juiced)
- ½ cup fresh herbs (Thai basil, cilantro, or mint), chopped

Bring broth to a simmer in a large pot over medium heat.

Add rice noodles directly to the simmering broth. Cook for 4 minutes until just tender.
