Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken or seafood broth
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 whole lime
- ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ¼ lb squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
- 4 oz rice noodles, thin
- 1 set crispy fried shallots, fresh herbs (cilantro, mint, or basil), sriracha, and hoisin sauce
